Our renting rates
Below an overview of the prices per period for renting B&B Casita La Oliva.
SPRING OFFER!!
When you book for a stay in Casita la Oliva in the months of MARCH, APRIL and MAY you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of your stay.
You will receive this 10% discount for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

BOOK YOUR STAY IN MARCH, APRIL OR/AND MAY 2026 AT A SUPERPRICE!!!
The prices below are for 2 persons and include breakfast.
4 nights – € 230,-
1 week – 7 nights € 370,-
2 weeks – 14 nights € 690,-
3 weeks- 21 nights € 990,-
Other periods of stay are also possible and also for 1 person (extra discount € 5,- p/night)
Low season
November, december, january and february
€ 60 per night
3 – 6 nights € 55 per night
7 nights or more € 50 per night
Pre and post-season
March, april, may, september and october
€ 65 per night
3 – 6 nights € 60 per night
7 nights or more € 55 per night
High season
June, july and august
€ 75 per night
3 – 6 nights € 70 per night
7 nights or more € 65 per night
Prices include breakfast and VAT.
The above prices apply to rental for 2 persons.
If you want to rent the Casita for only one person, a discount of € 5 per night on the above prices applie
Payment
Are you booking your stay earlier than 14 days before arrival?
You will receive a confirmation via email from us for your stay together with a total invoice.
The first installment – or the down payment – is 50% immediately.
The second installment – or the remainings of 50% – can then be transferred no later than 10 days before arrival.
Are you booking your stay within 14 days before arrival?
You will receive a confirmation via email from us for your stay together with a total invoice.
The total amount must then be transferred to us immediately.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than 21 days before the arrival date, you owe 10% of the total accommodation costs.
In case of cancellation from 21 to 14 days before the arrival date, you owe 15% of the total accommodation costs.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date, you owe 35% of the total accommodation costs.
If canceled 7 to 3 days before the arrival date, you owe 60% of the total accommodation costs.
In case of cancellation from 3 days up to and including the arrival date, you owe 100% of the total accommodation costs.
